Customer Details

Customers must provide accurate names, dates, photos, messages, sizes, colors, and instructions. Gift Craze may contact customers to confirm unclear details.

Image Quality

Image quality affects final print quality. Low-resolution, blurry, dark, cropped, or poor-quality images may produce lower-quality results.

Color Variation

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed or finished products because screens and production methods display color differently.

Production Changes

Once production starts, changes may not be possible. If a change is possible after work has started, extra costs or delays may apply.

Mockup Approval

Approved mockups or designs are treated as customer approval for the details shown, including spelling, layout, images, colors, sizes, names, and dates.

Returns

Personalized items are generally not returnable unless defective, damaged on arrival, wrong, or materially different from approved details.
