Payment Methods
Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, Pay on Collection, and Manual Payment, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Money where available.
Order Confirmation
Orders may require confirmation before processing, especially when customization, sourcing, delivery, or pickup details need to be checked.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders may require payment or a deposit before production begins.
Corporate/Bulk Orders
Corporate and bulk orders may require deposit or full payment according to the accepted quotation.
Manual Payments
Manual payments may require proof of payment. Payment status remains pending until confirmed by Gift Craze or the payment provider.
Sensitive Payment Details
Gift Craze will never ask customers to send sensitive card details through WhatsApp, email, or direct message.
Future Online Payments
Online payments may be added later if implemented. Any active online payment method will be shown clearly at checkout.
